You might be wondering what this photo on the left is of? Well, in 1989, I met a very interesting person here. It's an ariel photograph of downtown Washington, DC's Embassy Suites Hotel. Ms. Kelly Wittorff made quite an impression on me, so, I've decided to take a couple of minutes of my spare time and dedicate a little spot on my site to Ms. Wittorff. I'll get into the story of how we met to commemorate that magical night! |
How it all started was when I happened to see her headed for her room with her brothers, and I was stopped cold in my path. I noticed she was looking down and noticed me. I took note of what room she was in, and thought about going up to say 'Hi.' After seeing her on yet another occasion, I decided I'd try to at least say hello or something. (Keep in mind, I was 13 back then...) After realizing I couldn't get up the nerve, I finally decided to write a note and slip it under the door. Shortly after, the phone rang in our room and it was Kelly! I remember feeling like I would die from nervousness! To make a long story short, she and her brother came down and we met! I will never forget that evening as long as I live! :) |
We
exchanged addresses and promised to keep in touch. Unfortuantely, we both
became too busy to correspond with each other, and we lost touch with each
other. I will probably always consider Kelly as someone special out there.
I haven't heard from her in over 10 years, so I have no idea what she's
been up to.
If anyone who knows her happens to swing by this page, be sure to tell her 'Bryan' from Tennessee says 'Hi'! Let her know about the page, and maybe she can drop me a note and fill me in on what she's been up to the past 10 years! |
